Pine Lake Junior Golf Academy offers a range with targets at various distances. A bunker and a dynamic short game area help prepare the junior to be prepared to score in real course situations.

An indoor junior development area is used to master skills and build fitness year round. This is where swing changes begin and fundamental movements are ingrained.

Golf Course

A par 3 golf course that is perfect for learning the game of golf. There are hundreds of trees lining the open fairways and many elevation changes throughout the golf course. Holes vary in length from 105 yards to 185 yards.

Athletic Training for Junior Golfers

The game of golf has evolved in recent years, and if one thing has become apparent, it’s that junior golfers have benefited from having a healthy, fit, and athletic body. With our experience and expertise we are able to help train the junior golfer to develop the type of athleticism that will assist them in their golf game. We train for correct body sequencing, build muscle groups that are used in the golf swing, and train fast twitch muscles that correlate to faster golf swings.
